How did the Cup Series deal came up to explain why Konrad's retiring from Supreme Championship Wrestling and Konrad's last ever SCW match on the roster to finish business with Tommy Valentine, his anger and Jackals once and for all.

Atlanta, Georgia. Thursday 16th March 2023. (Off-Camera)

It was a shock that NASCAR bosses wanted to see me since I've only really just started my NASCAR career. Mostly because I needed to be successful more than just professional wrestling that I was slowly near enough was about done with. It was a strange one as sure, there were times that NASCAR staff individually spoken to NASCAR drivers in private with their problems or what they did on track was bang out of order or anything to do with NASCAR as a whole, but it wasn't a problem I was doing that they wanted to see with me. So we arrived at Atlanta Motor Speedway track, a track I'm undefeated in and a track I won my first ever NASCAR race so it brought a lot of memories for me.

So we arrived and sat in the press conference room where everyone usually has cameras and stuff to listen to driver interviews with qualifying and race, but there was no cameras in the room because this was a private meeting. NASCAR main boss Jim and Steve who was the operator of day to day operations with NASCAR and being that the reason for the meeting was the promotion side of things.

Of course, I was nervous, not knowing anything that they were going to address to me. I didn't know exactly how I would approach when a subject they wanted to bring up. I shook my head, knowing in case I was in trouble most likely for the COTA thing that they wanted to talk to me about and I get into it as I was sitting at the press conference stand and the staff of NASCAR pushed their chairs forward to listen to me and see me more.

Konrad Raab: “Look, I overreacted about the crash, alright? If you want to suspend me, go for it.”

Jim: “Konrad, we understand that you were overreacting to the crash, but what we need to talk about is nothing to do with COTA and we're not suspending you since you didn't strike a driver with your hands.”

Steve: “Yeah, we all expect drivers to overreact about something. The fact is if it was just that, I wouldn't be here and I don't usually attend these meetings, the other Steve would however if it was a punishment.”

Because I never had been in these types of private meetings before, I didn't know it was the other Steve that attended them if I was being punished and thank goodness it wasn't about that because I didn't know how to react to the crash, especially how piss poor I am at road course races which was something I needed to improve on a lot.

Konrad Raab: “So if I'm not being punished for anything, what do you guys want with me that this meeting had to be urgent?”

Jim: “NASCAR Cup Series future is what we need to talk about here.”

Konrad Raab: “Guys, I've only just joined full time for Xfinity Series this year, no way right now I'm ready to do Cup Series full time.”

Steve: “While you're right, you also have won some Cup Series races as well on ovals. Do you know how many fans we've come across the last few weeks that have said why hasn't Konrad done the transition to doing Cup Series. I tell them because he's only just joined Xfinity Series full time.”

Konrad Raab: “The other reason is because of my wrestling career. There's no chance in hell I can easily step to the Cup Series while a wrestling company has PPV events that take place on Sunday. I mean, I have had a few arguments with Mr D on him wanting me to wrestle matches during when I had to do practice and qualifying on Fridays and even races on Saturdays at times, but the Cup Series would be a major clash due to the PPV's being on Sundays.”

That was the truth and I know these guys mean well, they wanted me to continue my NASCAR career, but part of the reason I was in Xfinity was because to learn the tracks and get experience doing the races, but these guys saw something more than that which was something this Steve was a supporter of.

Steve: “You have no idea how popular you actually are and no idea how many demands this early on in the season how many fans demand us so much for you to do Cup Series racing full time, even they said you'd be ready for next year.”

Jim: “It's true. We looked at the merch sale numbers and you're the second most brought merch at the tracks. Only Elliott is ahead of you, but that's the thing. You're more popular in merch stands than all, but Elliott in Cup Series and that's remarkable. But we can't ignore the demands, we can't ignore the merch flying off the online shop and at tracks.”

Steve: “I understand you're a professional wrestler as well, but we got to hit while the fire is hot. Even we've spoken to Brad Rogers and he said we should talk to you about it, although he did bring up the concern about the wrestling commitment side of thing.”

Konrad Raab: “Yeah I know. I do get why you guys wanted to talk to me in private about this. I had no idea first of all that the NASCAR fans have accepted me because I do and would get the dislike from some wrestler stepping into NASCAR without doing anything to earn that drive.”

It was an interesting debate that they really wanted me from the sounds of it for me to step into the Cup Series, but I know it was far too early, but they clearly needed to bring it up because of the merch sales which was a shock to me. I know I'm a professional wrestler, but maybe the wrestling fans have gotten into NASCAR because of me, but how have NASCAR fans been fans of me so early on.

Jim: “We even accepted you because you have some raw talent Konrad and that's remarkable, considering your background of being a banger car driver in the past. We were shocked how well you did that test back in two thousand and twenty with the next gen car with you being faster than all, but Denny Hamlin.”

Steve: “You know, we've been meaning to post a video about that on NASCAR social media site for everyone to see how you got your start and maybe we should've so people understand more about how you did.”

Konrad Raab: “But you guys said about how I'm already getting fans to like me and the merch sales as well.”

Jim: “What Steve means is we need to gather more fans while the iron is hot right now. We loved what you did in that next gen test at Daytona. He said what he said because everyone then knows how you got your start.”

Konrad Raab: “That's a good idea. Go ahead and post the testing video I did then.”

Even though it was a long time ago, I do see why Steve wants to promote my NASCAR start more to get fans even more behind me because they seem to think I do a lot already and I've only just agreed to do full time this year. Crazy how fast things change and Steve does just that with uploading the video of my first ever next gen test of the lap times I was doing, although Jim goes into more discussions about the Cup Series run.

Jim: “Sure, you got to work on doing more decent results for Road Course races, that's the only weakness we've seen so far, but we can't deny that the fans would absolutely love for you to do a Cup Series run one day. It might not happen next year or year after, but in three years more that we really want you to be a full time Cup Series driver.”

Steve: “Heck, you might even be too good for Xfinity Series if you win the championship this year. But I do agree with Jim that you do need to win a road course race for us to promote you, but saying that, we have seen other drivers be promoted to Cup before they win ovals or road course races, but you need to earn that because you said it yourself, you're still relatively new to NASCAR.”

Konrad Raab: “I know what you guys are saying. It's business and you want to strike the iron while it's hot on the merch sales and the hype surrounding me as well. But I do have to make a decision to stop wrestling in Supreme Championship Wrestling to do Cup Series full time. I won't make the move up until I finished tackling some unfinished business with Kandis mostly.”

That was something I really wanted to address with them was I did have a lot of unfinished business with Kandis and I wasn't going to stop until I have a match against her because I'm so fucking desperate to burn her, to make her bleed for hurting and scarring me permanently. Of course this wasn't the time to talk about wrestling.

Jim: “I highly recommend for you to do Cup Series because to be honest, the fans want to see it and most importantly, we want to see it too. Imagine the merch sales you'll get and not only that, but we've always wanted a European driver to come straight from our NASCAR series to make something of themselves, but you've already done that in the first few races.”

Steve: “That's on top of doing the ARCA Menards series as well that we've had the highest attendances we've ever had when you've done races there full time as well due to agreement of you doing some of those races to gain experience.”

Konrad Raab: “Yeah and I understand about that. So do you guys want me to do Cup Series full time then?”

Jim: “That's the whole point that we would love for you to do Cup Series full time, maybe in the future. Tell us what mind you have about that, considering that you're wrestling is in the way of that goal at the moment?”

That was a good question as I did NASCAR because it was fun, fun for me to show everyone that I was more than just a professional wrestler. Majority of the professional wrestlers do other combat sports like boxing, MMA, football, but I wants a sport that is far away from those things since wrestling was all I needed to beat someone down, despite the secret of me doing underground illegal street fights. But they don't know that, in fact nobody does, apart from Luiza.

Konrad Raab: “I didn't have it on my mind to be honest because I just wanted to do it for fun, but after what you guys have said, I have to consider it more now than before.”

Steve: “You certainly do. Because we really don't want you to just to do Xfinity Series full time and not do Cup full time because you would make your name in the NASCAR books. I mean you already have with Atlanta races here with you being undefeated, but now we think you're the main attraction for NASCAR and it's not just the wrestling, it's the racing of how incredibly talented you are.”

Jim: “We've had an actor making his name in NASCAR, but nowhere near as high as you Konrad. So what do you say? I give you a few years for you to consider doing NASCAR Cup Series full time since you said you got unfinished business to take care of.”

Konrad Raab: “That's a deal. You guys are right, it wouldn't make sense if I just did Xfinity Series the rest of my career and I need to do Cup Series full time at least one time. I reckon that I could do the Cup Series full time run in two thousand and twenty six when I've become more comfortable with the tracks, when I would've won more than a few races and when I've gained more experience.”

Steve: “OK, we can certainly work with that, but you must retire wrestling in SCW for this whole Cup Series full time schedule to work.”

Konrad Raab: “That's why I said two thousand and twenty six because I do need to finish business in SCW before jumping in to do Cup Series full time. Don't worry, I'll end my career in SCW in December two thousand and twenty five to do Cup Series full time in two thousand and twenty six while doing part time wrestling roles while still doing Cup Series, but on weekdays.”

Jim: “Then we have a deal.”

I shook both Jim and Steve's hands on coming to an agreement on me doing Cup Series full time in two thousand and twenty six which gives me time to plan everything and wrap up unfinished business that I may have in Supreme Championship Wrestling as they were both happy and satisfied that they convinced me to do Cup Series full time in the future, but I was focusing on winning three Atlanta races and the championships.

Last ever time I do a blog about Supreme Championship Wrestling and Tommy Valentine. (Online)

“If you idiots are going to cry about me retiring, don't bother because it's not like I'm retiring from an injury or old age nonsense that's all too common around here. I had a big offer back in two thousand and twenty three that I couldn't turn down. I did tell them no at the time because I had unfinished business with Kandis at that point to deal with, but that business with her is done. But I also have unfinished business with Tommy Valentine as well.

Do you honestly think Tommy that I would get over the scars you, Kandis and Drake gave me when you called me a weak link? Do you honestly think I would forget something like that? No because I don't fucking forgive anyone that treated me like a piece of garbage. No because I'm the only one that actually continued to wrestle here, even if at the beginning, I had to wonder what the fuck do I do with myself.

Then yes, I went fucking insane and being addicted to fire because I wanted to burn everything you, Kandis and Drake ever said and done to me. I don't take shit like that and you honestly think you'll celebrate by injuring me? Fuck out of here Tommy because didn't you know that I'm retiring from wrestling because I'm taking on a whole new adventure in NASCAR Cup Series? This entire time, I've been racing in Xfinity Series full time to be in the Cup Series because I actually had to earn a spot to be there.

But what else could I have done that I'd be satisfied with? Because I had my world title match in Germany, something I'm forever thankful for by the way, especially when it was an underground match and look at that, we're facing against each other in an Underground title match. There were things that really bothered me about you Tommy. I don't mind you choking me out or attacking me, I expect that because I take attacks with nail on the chin and it makes me happy when people attack me.

But what bothered me was the fact you didn't care about taking part in the cage match, really, is that you're excuse on why I beat you? The whole point of that chamber match was to make up my piss poor efforts from many years ago when I took part in it as this Iceman guy where I was soft, where I didn't want any part of it. But I certainly made up for it in that chamber match.

I still didn't think I finished you off properly because I wanted to burn you so fucking badly and I still do and I made sure I told my manager to not stop me from using flames this time. There's no reason for anyone to get involved in our match and I will tell EFN team and Kemal not to get involved. Because I want to end this on my own and walk away with the fact that my memorable moment and best moment of my career was being the Underground champion.

I hated Cian O’Dwyer for holding my anger back to destroy you Tommy, I hated Shaun Cruze and Mr D for the exact same thing to hold me back from destroying you and Kandis. But I do thank Cian for giving me the best opportunity he could give me, the Underground championship. That's where I made my name Tommy, being the best accomplishment I've ever had in this company.

That's why I demanded my matches to be Underground and the Chamber because I didn't want to pull out generic, boring five star regular matches like other retirement wrestlers have had, no, I wanted brutality and pain to give to wrestlers because that for me is more fun. Especially when I will dish out every single damage I'll do to you. I won't stop beating the living shit out of you until I practically collapse in the ring because that for me would be a win if I collapsed in the middle of the ring.

Knowing I've done everything to get every ounce of my anger out, knowing that burning you will be the end to everything, but I will collapse because it's the exhaustion of anger that I've carried around for many years. You, Kandis and Drake are the reasons why I was a raging lunatic, you three were the reason why you made me change to have this fire in me that couldn't be put out.

I love playing with fire that I wanted to burn everything you and Kandis ever did to me. I wonder what excuse you'll fucking pull when I beat you once again? Especially after the brutal, bloody and punish beatings I'll do to you and I won't win by the traditional pinfall or submission, no, it will be knocking your ass out and me collapsing in the ring, knowing that would be the perfect way out for me, for a guy that's known to get his anger out, but collapses, doing everything I can in the ring to batter you.

Doing everything I can to make SCW remember me for the very last time that I'm retiring on a god damn high. I'm retiring because of being this monstrous fucker that will destroy you, that will make a mark that I finally get the upper hand on Jackals to burn that past forever and for good because the fact is, I'm not coming back. I'm not going to come back and have one off matches at PPV's since I technically can't as a Cup Series full time driver with the Cup Series races being on Sundays.

But I also turned the legends contract down because to be honest, I don't need the extra money, I already make money as it is in NASCAR and other car racing series I do. I did try to get a deal where I'd only wrestle on the Breakdown shows, but the staff said no. I made the decision to retire from wrestling in this company, passing the EFN torch to Kemal Yilmaz who's been the best project I've ever created who's going to be a star for this company, I guarantee you all that.

But I'm going to be showing everything I fucking have in my body to utterly destroy you in ways that would make my match with Enigma like a cotton wool. He suffered parts of the worst of me, but you'll suffer the worst beating of your entire life because I will crush your fucking head with a chair, I will crush your head with many weapons, including my mace. I will attempt to choke you out and most importantly, I will burn you fucking alive because every fan wants me to actually succeed in burning you, but I also want to be burned and bloody all over the ring.

I will make you collapse because of the beating I'll give to you and Kandis will never see you looking the same way again. So I hope Kandis enjoys seeing your face for the last time that I will make you look like you've got a dogshit looking face. I also want to collapse right in the ring when I'm done beating you down, leaving my mark how I wanted to properly end and I won't be unhappy or pissed whatever the result because I made a success here and I wanted everyone to remember me being a wrestler and delivering everything to win. I don't want no wrestlers surrounding the ring crying for me.

I want to be known as a wrestler that unleashes violence, pain and suffering that I will eventually collapse and lay for the ten count for me to walk out the victor by doing this that people will see that Konrad Raab has finally given up with his anger and to bury the Burned In Blood era that he made in the ring.”
